We have teamed up with a family business in Lancashire to give you the ultimate choice of fittings - and you will know just how much it will cost before you begin. The range has been specially-selected to give you a choice of both traditional and modern colours, styles and materials.

The homes has incredibly spacious feel as soon as you walk through the front door into the wide hallway - and this carries on throughout.

The kitchen is state-of-the-art with inbuilt appliances, while the lounge has plenty of room for a couple of sofas, a high-tech wall-mounted `real flame' fire and a plasma TV.

The bedrooms have fitted furniture to make every inch of storage space count and the master bedroom has a luxury ensuite complete with walk-in shower.

The gas combi boiler means instant hot water all the time and if you opt for the solar panels most of this will be free.
